Muay Thai in the Park is back/Muay Thai at Santa Fe Community College has arrived!

Right now, there are two options to Muay Thai:

1) Sign up for my classes at SFCC or 2) email/text to arrange for a 1:1 or small group class. I’m currently teaching at Larragoite Park under the trees on the soccer field (Cristobal Colon between Baca and Agua Fria). I bring the equipment, you bring yourself and any training gear you have! With shoes or barefoot—both work. If it’s actively raining, no training that day! One-on-one’s: First session: one hour/$68, thereafter, $330 for six 45-minute sessions; $370 for 6 60-minutes sessions. Email for pricing on duos and groups.

In-person Healing sessions:

Before taking Muay Thai workout or technique class, if you are new, this video will show you some basic techniques we use in class or how to put on hand wraps for class (protects your wrists, keeps sweat off your gloves!)

Before doing a 1:1 Core lesson with me, or just because you want to, take my 27 minute free video class on Core and Pelvic floor.

 Cancellation Policy:

Treatments cancelled within 24 hours of schedule time will be charged at 50% of the treatment cost. Day-of cancellations, or no-shows will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

How you can avoid these charges:

Charges will not be made if you request an appointment change within the week around your scheduled time and I can accommodate it.

If you can’t make the appointment, you may also send someone else in your place (just let me know!)

If you run into a childcare situation, you are welcome to bring your children with you to be in the room with you, or the waiting room.

Other exceptions to the charge policy (times when you will not be charged) are:

You or your child/spouse have an infection, communicable illness, injury or other medical situation that would make treatment unhealthful for you (if you are unsure, please ask).

You get into an accident on the way to the appointment

The weather makes it unsafe for one or both of us to travel to the appointment.

There is a death in the family which requires you to attend to the deceased or family of the deceased during that time.
